Food: Tasteless and inadequate
Despite attempts of authenticity with dishes like Chicken Briyani, Garlic Naan, and Chicken Kabab, Zam Zam fails to impress. The symphony of flavors expected falls flat as dishes arrive with stale, dried-out ingredients. The single stroke of generosity is the burst of garlic flavor found in their naan. Most damning, however, is the skimpy portions and the unimaginative, repetitive menu options.
