Food: Uninspired fare, appalling taste

Even the best of Dale's Diner's offerings – juicy burgers, sugary cinnamon rolls, and praised blueberry flapjacks – can't salvage the blight that their food constitutes. From a menu bereft of creativity and specialty to dishes described as ‘terrible’ and ‘disgusting’. High praise for their portions can hardly compensate for the dearth of fresh flavor and noticeably inferior ingredients.

  • Large Portions

Generous portions with hearty and substantial servings frequently praised.

  • Okay Taste

Food described as average, decent, or fine; not bad but not exceptional either.

  • Low Quality

Food has no flavor, tastes musty, reflects poor quality ingredients

Vibe: Confounding concoction of noise

The 1950s ambiance, brought to life with nostalgic decorations and old school music, provides an appreciated relief from the usual run-of-the-mill diner fare. Unfortunately, the potential of a delightful dining atmosphere is quashed by deafening noise levels, making relaxation, conversation, and especially an intimate date night, an impossible dream. The dingy, old look also does the place no favors, reducing its appeal.

  • Great Ambiance

Retro vibe, nostalgic decorations transport diners back to the 1950s.

  • Bad For Dates

SO LOUD, could not relax, negative for an intimate date night.

Perks: Erratic service, parking woes

Parking is a strenuous ordeal at Dale's Diner, especially on busy weekends, and while the service is generally friendly, the experience can toggle between good and unimpressively slow. While the diverse menu types and kids-friendly amenities may potentially redeem the diner somewhat, the inability to seat larger groups is another issue that looms large.

  • Great For Kids

Kids menu as a paper hat to color, keeps children engaged and happy.

  • Okay Service

Service varies; though usually friendly, experience can range from good to slow.

  • Hard To Park

Parking can be challenging on busy weekends or in general.
