Pollos Al Carbon's Carne Asada Tacos, with well-spiced, tender meat, are some of the best around. The Pollo Al Carbon offers significant value for the price and the Chicken and Beef dish is consistently tender, juicy, and flavorful. However, the lack of creativity in the menu, and strangely mishandled freshness of ingredients leave these otherwise delicious dishes feeling a little underwhelming.
