The Rolling Sushi Van boasts a palette of flavors that are decent but far from award-winning. The freshness of the sushi, however, is commendable, almost surprisingly so, one might say. The portions are satisfyingly generous, and the overall value is quite good, considering the swift service and reasonable pricing. Alas, the variety doesn’t inspire WOWs – with the constraints of a food truck, it’s only so much they can put on the table or, rather, the window.
