Food: Culinary nightmare
Every meal at Happy Dragon is not just a disappointment, but a culinary obstacle course. The food can only be described as dry, stale, and hard, bringing one to wonder if the chef took a nap in between cooking and serving. The dismal freshness echoes the taste; numerous dishes giving off an air of staleness like a forgotten picnic. Only the value attempts to soften the blow, but in this case, more of a bad thing isn't a good thing.
