Food: Unforgettable gastronomic affair
Fuego Maiz serves the best Stuffed Quesadillas in town - enormous, flavorful and something to crave for. The Machetito with Surf and Turf, generously sized and the Al Pastor Belly Bites, juicy, flavorful, perfectly paired with salsa also stand in their own league. The food screams of freshness and burst of flavors in generous portions, despite some concerns about value.
Great Quality
Ingredients are fresh, with a unique presentation and plenty of selection.
Bad Value
Food quality mediocre, not worth the price, amount too small.

Vibe: Underwhelming ambiance and buzz
Fuego Maiz falls short in terms of ambiance and buzz - the exterior leaves much to be desired with the dull exterior and quietness which makes it appear closed. However, they do compensate it a bit with their entertainment as the lively live music enhances the dining experience.
Great To Entertain
Live music adds lively, fun atmosphere enhancing dining experience.
Bad Ambiance
Ambiance and location were disappointing, reducing overall satisfaction.
Perks: Parking decent but service subpar
Fuego Maiz struggles with its service and group hosting abilities. Slow service coupled with inattentive staff make group lunches or dinners a daunting task. Despite having a decent-sized parking lot, it can get crowded during peak hours, which does not help its case.
Okay To Park
Parking lot size decent but can get a bit crowded at times.
Bad Service
Customers frustrated by long waits and inattentive, neglectful service.
