Food: Inconsistent taste troubles
The main dishes, including the Carne Asada Super Fries, Super Nachos, and 3 Rolled Tacos with Guacamole provide generous, pleasing portions. Yet, despite this, the inconsistency in taste and the disappointment of stale chips at the salsa bar damps the culinary experience. The severely missed mark on freshness is especially disappointing, considering the affordability of the dishes.
Great Value
Prices amazing, food great, offering excellent bang for the buck.
Okay Taste
Food maintains a balance of tasty and mediocre, with sizeable portions.
Low Quality
Chips by salsa bar are stale, maybe exposed to insects.
Top 3 dishes at Sr Alberto Mexican
- 1
Carne Asada Super Fries 🏆
Generous portions, delicious, satisfies cravings, perfect drunk food, widely beloved.
- 2
Super Nachos
Generous portion, delicious toppings; satisfying for the most ravenous appetites.
- 3
3 Rolled Tacos with Guacamole
Generous guacamole, crispiness and flavorful meat; great for a snack.
Vibe: Unsettling ambiance
The ambiance does little to uplift the dining experience. The dim dining area and flashy restroom lighting create an unsettling atmosphere, a vibe far from ideal for a Mexican eatery and more suited to a kitschy dive bar.
Bad Ambiance
Dim, flashy restroom lighting creates an unsettling ambiance for guests.
Perks: Parking and service letdowns
Though able to accommodate groups, the restaurant falls short on key perks. Parking can be a pain due to the small lot size and difficult navigation, making the large dining space feel less approachable. Furthermore, encounters with slow, sometimes rude, and inattentive service can leave a sour taste in any customer's mouth.
Great For Groups
Large dining area accommodating groups with new tables and chairs.
Hard To Park
Some mention parking is offputting or lots are small, hard to navigate.
