Food: Disappointing dishes abound
The Fish Ball Noodle Soup, despite its apparent authenticity, comes up short. The Fried Calamari is hit-or-miss at best, with instances of being both 'gross, old, and overcooked' and 'overly fried' to the point of being inedible. Incredibly, the inconsistencies don't stop there, the Deep-Fried Tofu also suffered, with patrons reporting disappointingly small portions.
Great Value
Greatest value for fabulous, delectable calamari at unbeatably low price.
Quality
Calamari described as gross, old, and overcooked by customers.

- 2

Perfectly crispy, flavorful batter with the ideal balance of sweet and salt.
Vibe: Lackluster locale at its peak
Details are scant on the ambiance, but all indicators point towards an atmosphere less than conducive for an enjoyable dining experience. Even the outdoor seating leaves much to be desired with its uncomfortable plastic chairs and unpleasant surroundings.
Aesthetic
Ambiance is bad without specifying details, leaves much unknown.
Perks: Mixed bag of benefits
On the positive side, Hong Kong Fishball House comes with ample and free parking, a clear benefit for many. Service is another strong suit with friendly and professional staff that enhances the overall customer experience. But beware, you might end up feeling the burn under the hot sun on their plastic chairs.
Great Service
Service was friendly, quick, personal and professional, enhancing dining experience.
Outdoor
Uncomfortable plastic chairs in hot sun next to smelly garbage.
