La Lumbre Tacos will give you a decent fill of Mexican food, nothing more, nothing less. Reviewers give nods to Asada tacos and Carnitas tacos for their punchy flavors. However, the taste has been tainted by a recurring hint of burnt grease. The Chicken Gordita, on the other hand, racks up points for its affordability.

The outdoor seating at La Lumbre leaves much to be desired, as it sits too close to the clamorous nightclub and the parking lot. On the bright side, the service is a relief. The waitstaff is noted for their friendliness and promptness, taking customer service up a notch.
